I first visited Mary as I was suffering from general tightness and lack of mobility. As a complete beginner I worked one to one with Mary who took me through all of the basic elements of Pilates to allow me to join one of her weekly classes. Earlier this year, following back surgery, I rejoined Mary's class a s part of my post-surgery rehab and it has worked wonders for my lower back mobility! Mary's attention to detail is outstanding and as the classes are small it allows her to work with each individual to make sure exercises are being completed safely and correctly. Excellent communication outside of the class with extra videos and 'homework' to do in between classes. If you're looking for Pilate sin Marlow then definitely give Mary a call!

Mary's classes were recommended to me when I was having physio treatment for my hip. I'm so glad to have found her! I've had various Pilates teachers in the past but Mary really is exceptional. She conveys her outstanding knowledge of Pilates with such enthusiasm and clarity and, although I attend her small group classes, I feel that she gives very individual attention even in that context. She has a very friendly and caring personality and varies each class, encouraging us to think differently about how we practice Pilates and how to extend ourselves. The pace is excellent and an hour flies past! Mary also posts exercises to do between lessons. I can whole-heartedly recommend Ardent Pilates.

Having suffered from a slipped disc leading to prolonged sciatica, I turned to Ardent Pilates to help my recovery, improve core strength and enhance overall wellbeing.
The results have been fantastic, I've had no problems with my sciatica since I started, I do both reformer and matwork and they complement each other very well. Mary's classes are well structured and fun, expect excellent results.

Mary's online Pilates classes have been invaluable over the last few weeks during the lock-down. Not only has the technology been easy to use, Mary is able to see clearly what we're doing and how we're doing it, and make corrections when we haven't quite got it right. It's almost as if she's in the room. And it's great to see familiar faces and have a bit of a chat. I'd highly recommend the classes.

When Mary emailed to say she was going to run classes online I was a bit doubtful - how was that going to work, where in the house would I go and would my old laptop work?? I needn't have worried it all worked perfectly! By listening to Mary the session was as easy to follow as normal, getting the benefit of the class routine along with the added bonus of avoiding travel to town! Definitely worth getting past my initial scepticism - thanks Mary
